Opened August 1, 2015, Chips Shots is America's first dedicated FootGolf links. Chip Shots is co-owned by Tim Worden and Paula Hinkle Worden. They created the course on a portion of Paula's family farm. The farm has been in Paula's family since the late 1860's.
FootGolf can be played individually and in groups. A group of 4 is ideal. It is a combination of soccer and golf. The game is played with a soccer ball. The rules largely correspond to the rules of golf. The player with the fewest kicks wins.

A Growing Sport
According to the American FootGolf League, there are over 500 footgolf courses in the US. Footgolf is played in all 50 states plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
